Queenstown to Coronet Peak Summit

Start your morning on a high. Our return shuttle takes you from 9 Duke St in central Queenstown straight to on of Queenstown's most iconic mountains, Coronet Peak. Here you can step aboard to Peak Gondola and ride up to 1,649m, where the Wakatipu Basin stretches out beneath you and the Southern Alps roll away to the horizon. 

At the top, soak in the panoramic views from our viewing platform, take a short walk to the true summit for 360° vistas, or hire a disc from Guest Services to play New Zealand’s highest disc golf course. 

Your Gondola Day gives you unlimited rides, so you can capture the scenery from every angle. Back at the base, enjoy a relaxed lunch at Café 1200 on the deck, with alpine air and fun games to keep the good times rolling. 

Our shuttle departs Duke St in Queenstown at 10:00 and leaves Coronet Peak at 12:30 to take you back to Queenstown. Two and a half hours of alpine beauty, no car needed.
